SEALED PROPOSALS
Proposals are requested from interested subcontractors and material suppliers for the various items of work required for the construction of ROCKPORT – FULTON HIGH SCHOOL ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS for the ARANSAS COUNTY ISD, Rockport, Texas. Proposals will be received by the Construction Manager office listed above. Proposals will be opened in private by the Construction Manager and owner’s representative. Proposers will be provided a Proposal Tabulation, if requested, after award of all contracts.
Written proposals on forms furnished by the Construction Manager may be submitted to the Construction Manager by mail, delivered, or faxed to the address listed above.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In general, the project consists of ROCKPORT – FULTON HIGH SCHOOL ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS (EARLY PACKAGE) which includes but is not limited to: dirt work, utility work and concrete paving. This is an early package to the primary project.
